Rates & Payment
My practice operates as a private service and is not contracted with Dutch insurance companies. This means that all sessions are self-funded, and clients are responsible for the full payment of services.

Session Fees
Intake session (90 minutes): €125
Individual Therapy session (60 minutes): €100
Group Therapy (per session): €30
Please note that I require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
Insurance & Reimbursement
While I am not contracted with Dutch health insurance providers, some clients with international or private insurance may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Please check with your insurer in advance to confirm whether psychological services provided by an NIP psychologist are covered under your policy.
If you plan to seek reimbursement, your insurance company may request additional details such as my AGB codes and KVK (Chamber of Commerce) number, which are provided below:
Practice AGB code: 940692920
Provider AGB code: 94119140
KVK number: 97339520
Payment Process
After each session, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and can be made by bank transfer. Please note that payment is your responsibility, regardless of any insurance reimbursement.
How It Works
Starting therapy is a straightforward three-step process designed to ensure the best fit and support for your needs:
1
Step One: Consultation
Start with a complimentary 15-minute phone or video call to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and determine if my approach is the right fit for you.
2
Step Two: Intake
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an initial intake session. During this meeting, we’ll explore your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy.
3
Step Three: Treatment
Based on your needs and preferences, we’ll establish a personalized treatment plan and begin regular therapy sessions to support your growth and well-being.
Waitlist
The current wait time from initial enquiry to intake session is approximately 1 week. (Updated 4th of November 2025)
In the Netherlands, waitlists for therapy covered by insurance can be very long, with some individuals waiting over a year for an appointment. Choosing private therapy can offer a much faster route to support, allowing you to begin working on your mental health and well-being without extended delays.
If you would like to join the waitlist or have any questions about starting therapy, please feel free to contact me.
